This allows for litigation-free and/or unencumbered land to develop their lands into revenue generating commercial properties or spaces. 

 

QUALIFIED LAND

A non-negotiable requirement. This land must be located within our covered regions, preferably in a prime area or close to commercial centres.

 

COMMERCIAL VIABILITY

The only reason why we would come on board in a Joint Venture (JV) partnership, is for the landowner to demonstrate to us that the project(s) make(s) economic sense.

Feasibility study typically required.

 

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

It's a plus if any of these are already in place:

- Presale contracts (if build-to-sell)

- Established user base

- Architectural and/or Structural Drawings

- Valid Building Permit

 

REVENUE SHARING

Pre-agreed post Mandatory Preconstruction Checks.
