You're expected to come with your own land to use our Build Now Pay Later services. However, if you need us to assist you purchase a litigation-free land, it comes at a fee - Not compulsory to use our land purchase assistance.
We search, acquire and register litigation-free land for you in your own name.
We only cover six(6) regions of Ghana: Greater Accra, Eastern, Central, Western, Western North and Ashanti.
We take the herculean task acquiring a litigation-free land from you and guarantee absolute peace of mind to have a safe land procured and registered in your name.
- Requirement to do mandatory re-construction searches, verifications and validations would have already been covered and/or waived as we would have known the source of the land by virtue of our paid assistance (assumed liabilities)
- Risk of litigation non-existent (we assume liabilities)
- Help with fully paying of land (up to 50% direct support). By virtue of our Build Now Pay Later service requiring that you should have paid off your land in full and not by instalment, once you demonstrate proof of regular net monthly income above GHS2,000, we can top up with the difference and add it to the cost of delivering your project entirely.
If you need us to assist you acquire a litigation-free land to guarantee you the peace of mind, it comes at a cost. Note that the fees below covers only our assistance (search, due diligence, legal, assuming liabilities, etc) and not the cost of the land itself.
HOW TO APPLY FOR ASSISTANCE
This land purchase assistance service is built into our Build Now Pay Later service and not as a standalone service (Land Section of our online form), hence you can complete that part as well if you don't have land for our Build On Credit service and need our help in navigating the litigation-laden land purchase space in Ghana.
