We don't rely on bank financing or snail-pace client upfront payments for our projects - All projects are pre-financed with AML/CTF Compliant In-House Funding Sources across The DCANS Group Limited (including reinvestment of profits and revenues).

Construction projects are typically characterised by their complexity, the extensive network of overlapping contractors likely to be involved, and the considerable investment of resources that need to be employed before payment is likely to be received for much of the work (after completion with us).

The strength and resilience of any business are significantly hinged on the soundness of its capital base as they make the provision of funds readily available for project delivery. We're very well-capitalised to undertake any project of any size or magnitude, so long as there's a clear credible regular repayment plan.

We pre-finance your projects by using our own network of very qualified and competent builders and/or subcontractors.

We don't provide you financing for you to go choose your own builders outside our platform - You can go to your bank if that's what you're looking for.
