We are a DCANS Group Limited owned company, with offices in Ghana, the UK and MENA Region, offering Build, Design, Renovation/Extension and Project Management Services nationwide. From small to multi-million dollar projects, be it commercial or residential, our highly motivated and professional staff excel at designing and building projects of every scale and type, and are capable of delivering projects of all sizes and specifications throughout Ghana.
Supported by our quantity surveyors, project managers and architectural designers (in house or strategic design partners), we’re able to streamline the entire process while maintaining the high standards we set ourselves. We work actively with industry bodies to develop our practices and techniques so that our clients can expect the latest in design and build technology as well as investing in research and investigation into new methods and ways of undertaking construction, including off-site manufacture and fast track methods. Furthermore our Directors have extensive experience in the fast track rollout and the management of multiple projects.
BNPL Ghana has a wide range of experience in building commercial, residential and hospitality projects, including multi-unit housing and retirement villages. We have a proven track record of undertaking projects in multiple and often suburban locations around Ghana.
Our range of commercial building skills extends from fit-outs to tilt slab/portal frame construction. We have completed a wide variety of commercial buildings in Ghana. These range from office buildings, hotels, restaurants, car showrooms, industrial/workshops, retail precincts, hospitality and office fit-outs.
Our residential experience consists of completing small renovations ranging from home repairs to extensive renovations in excess of $1 million and new housing ranging from the standard Ghana homes (design and build/or build only) to architecturally designed executive homes.
Our expertise in social, affordable and medium density housing has developed over time, working with key providers to develop design and construct homes to their requirements. Our service often extends for the whole project including design, master planning, full drawings, resource consent, and complete construction including roading, infrastructure, site works, landscaping and the creation of subdivisions and titles.
