What are the first steps we should take?

Plan ahead and work out what your budget is. There may be costs involved that you have not considered. Spending time researching and refining your budget at the outset will avoid disappointment at the later stages. When you have settled on a figure we can sit down together and work towards a design to suit your brief and your budget. Remember that there are Onboarding (Signup) Fees we charge for prospective customers who are not existing customers of our onboarding partners.

Can you sell us a plot of land?

We are unable to sell you a plot of land at the moment, but we can help you to find a suitable plot for your design at a fee. Please contact us to discuss what you are looking for and we will try our best to assist. If you are having difficulty finding the perfect plot, you might be interested in building a bespoke project on one of our special sites.

What is Design & Build?

Design & Build is a project delivery method where Build Now Pay Later Ghana (BNPL Ghana) works under a single contract with the Project Owner to provide design and construction services. BNPL Ghana is responsible to be the Owner’s single go-to contact, coordinating all the details on the Owner’s behalf and decreasing the administrative burden for the client. BNPL Ghana steps up to be the project’s leader, bringing together a team of experts from each necessary discipline. The method is marked by a streamlined collaborative process, open book communication, early and efficient planning, and a significantly decreased risk for the Project Owner

It is our combination of best practices for remodeling or constructing your home or commercial project that sets us apart. BNPL Ghana helps you through the design stage, demolition of existing structure, construction of your new custom home or commercial project. We follow your custom build project from start to finish.

We also provide all interior designs, exterior designs and product selections for you.

How is Design & Build different from other Project Delivery Methods?

Isn't Design & Build more expensive?

Quite the contrary! It’s collaborative nature provides significant opportunity for cost savings, as the project team is created early and designs the project together. The Owner’s cost is decreased through economical and efficient decision making, quicker design, and earlier purchase of long-lead materials that creates a streamlined construction schedule and shaves both time and money off the project.

Wouldn't we lose choices and control of the project by choosing Design & Build?

The short answer – absolutely not! This misconception usually stems from 3 main concerns: competitive pricing, subcontractor selection, and material specifications. Build Now Pay Later Ghana (BNPL Ghana) invites a minimum of 3-5 prequalified subcontractors to bid every trade package, ensuring our Owners get competitive pricing in addition to the quality workmanship and attention to detail which their projects deserve. We welcome Owner-suggested or preferred subcontractors to be included in this process. We then complete an “apple to apple” bid comparison and review the information with the Owner. The ultimate decision is ALWAYS our Owner’s to make. In terms of material selection, BNPL Ghana provides information, suggestions, and value enhancement opportunities but the Owner sets the selected criteria for materials. Our role is to be a guide and advocate, not a dictator!

With experience in a variety of residential and commercial remodeling and design projects, we can help make sure everything meets the building requirements during the construction phase.

Do I need an architect?

One of our architects will be brought in on the team if your project requires architectural design services and blue prints. We have our own experts for every part of the design phase. Whether you are planning a whole house or commercial project build, remodel, an addition, custom kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, or even if you want a green building expert, we are your full-service source. We’ll develop the plans and see through to every detail, from permitting to materials selections.

What is Construction Finance ?

Construction Finance (also known as Construction Factoring) provides your business with instant funding against uncertified and certified Applications for Payment and invoices raised at completion. We help you to meet your payment obligations throughout the various stages of a contract so you can and take on more work knowing you have reliable funding in place.

Who is Construction Finance For?

Construction Finance is ideal for contractors and subcontractors who work under framework agreements or Purchase Orders that can result in late or partial payments for work completed. What is the process to arrange Construction Finance for my project?

Like any financial arrangement there is a bit of work required at the beginning but after that, any facility arranged will grow as your project grows. After your initial contact there will be a confidential discussion with one of our Construction Finance specialists who will get to know your project and arrange a meeting with you. Once we understand the requirements of your project, we will provide an indicative offer to you. Following a new business review and consideration by our credit committee, we will then be able to make a credit offer to you. If you choose to work with us we’ll arrange an on-boarding meeting for you after which you can begin sending invoices to us and we can start releasing funds for you to use.

What are the costs of Construction Finance?
