We offer longer repayment periods to accommodate comfortable repayment schedules, for both residential and commercial projects.
A1. Residential Owner-Occupiers
The maximum repayment period for our Construction On Credit Services is 30yrs for Residential Owner-Occupiers.
A2. Residential Investment Projects
Maximum repayment period for Build-to-Rent and Build-to-Sell projects are 10yrs, unless the project owner lives in part of the Build-to-Rent option, where we can allow up to 30yrs repayment period.
B. Commercial Projects
All other projects (including all commercial and non-owner occupier residential projects) is 10yrs, with due-non sale clauses incorporated.
Due On Sale Clauses
This means at any time the project we completed for you is sold, your repayment is due in full irrespective of time into repayment.
