The maximum repayment period for our NO UPFRONT FEE ZERO DOWNPAYMENT Construction Services is 30yrs for Residential Owner-Occupiers.
Commercial Projects
All other projects (including all commercial and non-owner occupier residential projects) is 10yrs, with due-non sale clauses incorporated.
Due On Sale Clauses
This means at any time the project we completed for you is sold, your repayment is due in full irrespective of time into repayment.
