The cost of procuring a valid building permit is included in our services for projects that haven't started at all. If you have an uncompleted project and you need our services to complete it, you need provide a valid building permit before we can take on that project.
You're expected to have gotten a valid building permit with valid drawings before starting your project in the first place, so if you don't have architectural drawings most people are approaching us with, you may need to get qualified drawings from any architect of your choice to procure a building permit - If you need us to do those drawings for your uncompleted project, it comes at an Upfront Cost.
