Trusting someone with capital down in Ghana (be it your family or friend) to put up a property or structure can be horrible for most non-residents.

Once you can demonstrate to us that you own your own land in your own name, litigation-free and/or unencumbered, we can start and/or complete your project to your satisfaction without being required to make any upfront payment towards the actual construction - Repayment is mandatory within 30 days of completion.

 

PROOF OF LEGAL RESIDENCE

You need to demonstrate to us that you're legally resident with the right work permit. We will typically request for your Credit Report, Tax Returns when signing the contract to return to us. Illegal immigrants are automatically disqualified from using our services.

 

PROOF OF INCOME

Like all other applicants, your verifiable net regular monthly income must be above GHS2,000 (convertible from any currency you're paid in).

 

POWER OF ATTORNEY (POA)

It's not compulsory that you appoint a POA, as we can deal with you from anywhere you're located in the world, so long as you meet our requirements. You may however appoint any local person if you want, to independently report progress on your project with us to you.

 

LOCAL PERSON CONTACT

We don't enter into any legal agreement with this local person - He/She/They can only be your eyes on the ground.
