We carry out a number of searches, verifications and validations before we arrange our first pre-construction meeting (first of many).

B. APPLICABLE FEES
All searches, verifications, validations with government agencies and/or bodies come at a fee, hence the schedule below...

D. REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds if evidence of searches and validations from statutory government bodies are provided within our standard 90 days window. One cannot ask for a refund before 90 days when the process has started.
E. PAYMENT SAFETY
We are not faceless people. No one at our firm has the time to defraud you of any payment, that's why we allow you to do the searches yourself and submit those details to us (without making any upfront fee payment to us), or
You choose whichever option you want to carry out your searches, as we don't take any cash at any of our offices and neither do we arrange any pre-construction meeting until the mandatory searches have been completed and submitted to us for evaluation before proceeding.
If in doubt of making payment to be assisted with searches, kindly do it yourself and submit the results to us - Because productive use of our time is much more important to us than any upfront fees that usually drags the process.
One is free to do a police check on us or any of our payment account to find out if it has ever been involved in any fraud or related scheme, to satisfy yourself.
